Instructions for Use:
No need for clarifying shampoo.
- Start with clean hair (no clarifying shampoo needed).
- Divide hair into 4-6 sections for even application.
- Apply the treatment 1 cm from the scalp on fine strands.
- Use a fine comb to distribute the product well.
- Leave the treatment on for 40 to 60 minutes depending on your hair type.
- Rinse hair 50% to 100% depending on the nature of your hair.
- Dry hair completely.
- Divide hair into sections and use a hair straightener at the appropriate temperature.
- For best results, maintain the straightening for 3 to 4 days, ironing every day.
- Use Modelage Strong Effect sulfate-free shampoo or Modelage maintenance kit for optimal hold.

- Natural, normal, thick, curly, frizzy hair: 230 degrees
- Natural, colored, fine hair: 210 degrees
- Bleached and damaged hair: 180 degrees
Number of passes of the hair straightener:

Once the order is prepared, it is shipped to the postal address indicated by the buyer when ordering.
The products are delivered by postal services or by a specialized service provider (depending on the delivery options selected) called "Carrier". In the event of the buyer's absence, the carrier leaves a delivery notice in the mailbox. The buyer must then contact the carrier to agree on a new delivery date. Please note that the carrier keeps the package for a period of ten (10) days after the first delivery attempt.

Damaged product(s)
In case of damaged products, if the package is damaged upon delivery, the customer must make specific reservations on the delivery note and confirm them by registered letter to the carrier within 3 days of receipt. The customer must also take photos of the package and damaged goods and contact customer service by email, indicating the order number and contact details.
