Cancellation and return policy

The customer has a reflection period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to return the products without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Within this period, the customer must return the unused products, in their original packaging intact, accompanied by the original packaging, the return form and a copy of the invoice. If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, the order is considered final and no refund will be made, except as otherwise provided in these general conditions of sale.

Upon receipt, the seller sends an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail or by post.

The seller undertakes to reimburse the customer in full within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, reimbursement may be deferred until the returned goods have been recovered.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged product(s)

In the event of damaged products, if the package is damaged during delivery, the customer must make specific reservations on the delivery note and confirm them by registered letter to the carrier within three (3) days of receipt. The customer must also take photos of the package and the damaged goods and contact customer service by e-mail, indicating the order number and contact details.
