Cancellation and return policy
The customer has a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of the order to return the products without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Within this period, the customer must return the unused products, in their original packaging intact, accompanied by the original packaging, the return slip and a copy of the invoice. If the products are not returned within 14 days of receipt of the order, the order is considered final and no refund will be made, unless otherwise provided in these general conditions of sale.
Upon receipt, the seller sends an acknowledgement of receipt by email or post.
The seller undertakes to fully reimburse the customer within a maximum of 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, the reimbursement may be deferred until the returned goods are recovered.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged product(s)
In case of damaged products, if the package is damaged upon delivery, the customer must make specific reservations on the delivery note and confirm them by registered letter to the carrier within 3 days of receipt. The customer must also take photos of the package and damaged goods and contact customer service by email, indicating the order number and contact details.
