This deeply moisturizing and smoothing hair treatment enriched with Cocoa and Castor Oil Molecule ensures shiny, smooth and naturally healthy hair. It is designed to be light on the hair while providing a natural effect.

This Cocoa Organic smoothing is suitable for all hair types, whether fine, normal, thick, wavy, curly, frizzy, Afro, natural or colored. In addition, it is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children over 12 years old.

Instructions for use:
Always be sure to do a test before any treatment.
Step 1: Preparation
- Wash hair 2 to 3 times with Dilater Clarifying Shampoo - Step 1 (be careful not to rub the scalp).
- For the last shampoo, leave the shampoo on for 5 minutes (depending on hair type), then rinse.
- Towel dry your hair and then blow dry at 80% heat.
- Do not brush or detangle hair so as not to close the cuticles.
- Divide hair into 4 or 6 sections to prepare for treatment.
Step 2: Application
- Shake the bottle (Step 2) and pour the product into a bowl.
- Apply the protein treatment 1 cm from the scalp, starting at the nape of the neck.
- Comb through several times to distribute the product evenly.
- Leave the product to act for 60 minutes.
Step 3: Rinse
- Rinse hair 50% (natural or colored hair), 70% for damaged, highlighted and bleached hair.
Step 4: Drying and Smoothing
- Dry hair 100% and blow-dry.
- Divide hair into 4 or 6 sections.
- Use the straightener at the recommended temperatures and speeds (see table below).
- Once the hair has cooled, rinse and leave the Nutritive mask on for 5 to 10 minutes (Step 3), then rinse thoroughly.
Hair straightener temperature depending on each hair:
- Natural, normal, thick, curly, frizzy hair: 230 degrees
- Natural, colored, fine hair: 210 degrees
- Bleached and damaged hair: 180 degrees
Number of passes of the hair straightener:
- Curly roots: 10 to 20 passes
- Curly roots: 10 to 15 passes
- Curly lengths: 10 to 15 passes
- Curly lengths: 10 to 15 passes
Duration of the smoothing effect:
Cocoa Organic smoothing typically lasts 4-6 months, or up to 1 year on some hair types.
Kit contents:
- 100 ml of anti-residue dilating shampoo, STEP 1
- 100 ml anti-frizz treatment, STEP 2
- 100 ml of nourishing mask, STEP 3
It is possible to achieve up to 3 smoothing sessions with a 100ml container.

Please note that the carrier keeps the package for a period of ten (10) days after the first delivery attempt.

Damaged product(s)
In case of damaged products, if the package is damaged upon delivery, the customer must make specific reservations on the delivery note and confirm them by registered letter to the carrier within 3 days of receipt. The customer must also take photos of the package and damaged goods and contact customer service by email, indicating the order number and contact details.
