Once the order is prepared, it is shipped to the postal address indicated by the buyer when ordering.
The products are delivered by postal services or by a specialized service provider (depending on the delivery options selected) called "Carrier". In the event of the buyer's absence, the carrier leaves a delivery notice in the mailbox. The buyer must then contact the carrier to agree on a new delivery date. It is important to note that if the buyer does not contact the carrier, the latter will make two further delivery attempts at dates and times determined at its discretion.
Please note that the carrier keeps the package for a period of ten (10) days after the first delivery attempt.

Damaged product(s)
In case of damaged products, if the package is damaged upon delivery, the customer must make specific reservations on the delivery note and confirm them by registered letter to the carrier within 3 days of receipt. The customer must also take photos of the package and damaged goods and contact customer service by email, indicating the order number and contact details.

Should we do a test on our skin before applying a smoothing treatment?
Before using our smoothing product, we strongly encourage you to perform a preliminary test.
Should I color, highlight, or bleach before or after straightening?
You have the option to perform these treatments BEFORE straightening, but please note that the color may lighten up to 2 tones. Alternatively, you can wait 15 days after straightening to proceed with coloring or highlights. However, we strongly advise against bleaching after straightening.
How many straightening treatments can be done with 1 100 ml kit?
Our 100 ml kit allows you to carry out between 1 and 3 straightening treatments, depending on your hair mass and the length of your hair.
How many smoothing treatments can be done with a 1L kit?
With our 1 liter kit you can do about 15 straightening sessions, however, this depends on the mass and length of your hair.
How long after straightening should I wash my hair?
You do not need to leave the treatment on for longer than 5 days.
Do I lose volume when I straighten my hair?
To maintain maximum volume, it is recommended to reduce work on the hair during treatment, which means limiting the number of passes of the straightener.
Are Elyssa Cosmetics smoothing treatments formaldehyde-free?
It is important to note that all our smoothing products from the Elyssa Cosmétiques brand are formulated without formaldehyde EXCEPT the Cocoa Brasilis Smoothing and the Brazilian Smoothing.
